And so the juggling act begins...

Well, I made it through my first two days of school (Thursday and Friday). I have been working hard to set up my classroom. We were able to get into the school Aug. 6, but I had only been able to get down there for a few hours here and there. Then teachers had to be back on the 15th for meetings and other stuff. We are still trying to fit working on the basement into our schedule as well. I did manage to tile the bathroom, by myself I might add. Lyle helped me in the beginning by showing me how to run the tile saw and get the first few tiles laid down and then he turned me loose. Not to bad for my first try. It is definately not perfect though, and for those of you that know me well, those spots do bug me. Oh well, I'll get used to it I guess. Now we have a circus act going on with soccer starting. Collin and Indianna are both playing this year. They had their first game on Saturday. It worked out that their games were at the same location 30 minutes between them, so we started with Indianna's and went over to Collin's. Rich took a bit of time off so that helped. He was able to take Collin over to his field while I finished watching Indianna. There will be times when their game times will be a bit tricky. Their practices are at the same time, but different locations. Thank goodness Staci is off on Wednesdays. Hunter and Indianna are on the same team, Hunter was at Sam's so he wasn't at the game this week. Watching Collin's age group is so funny. I forgot how funny it is. They just mob around the field after the ball. When the other team would get the ball, Collin would run down to the goal and basically stand in it to block. He did score a goal Saturday! Indianna and Hunter are on a new team this year. They played against their old team Saturday. She did really well. She was playing defender and the ball was going toward the goal, she kicked it and it launched down the field. The other part that we have to deal with is keeping Abbie entertained and off the field. Indianna also starts Gymnastics again in September. Here we go! In the pictures Indianna is #10 and Collin is #7
